Fast Track Site Manager Programme
Stewart Milne Homes has led on the launch of a new fast track programme to attract individuals wishing to either enter the industry or progress from within to become future site managers utilising a new Modern Apprenticeship (MA) pathway in Construction Site Supervision: Residential Development (Housebuilders).
The design and ethos of the programme is to fit an individual with the “right attitude” and not necessarily a full understanding of our industry into Trainee or Assistant Site Manager roles with a view to them becoming Site Managers in the future. Find out more below.
