Young Workforce
Springfield have teamed up woth ‘Developing the Young Workforce’ to create and disseminate videos showcasing key roles in the housebuilding industry. The aim was to bring the curriculum to life by showing how skills from various subjects are applied and valued in the workplace while combating gender perceptions of the housebuilding industry.
