Nestled in the conservation village of Killearn, Stirlingshire, and voted one of the best places to live in the UK in 2019, Buchanan Views is a bespoke development carefully designed to respond to the local community’s needs.
With no new homes built in Killearn for over 20 years, Mactaggart & Mickel acquired the nine-acre site in 2017 following a 2-year planning process, working with the local community council and Stirling Council to create a sympathetic design-led development.
An in-depth assessment ensured key characteristics of the area were embodied in the site landscaping and across the 24 private sale homes. The development also includes 12 affordable homes. Find out more below.
